Order Processing and Shipping:

Orders may take up to five business days to process. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays. We strive to ship in the least expensive way possible, which my take three to five days longer to arrive. Most shipping goes through USPS unless it is requested to go through a different carrier.

All sales are final unless the item(s) is damaged or the package was not delivered:

Missing packages need to be reported within 5 days of expected delivery. 
Past that time frame the customer can submit a missing mail request at USPS.com or requested carrier’s website, if applicable.

Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered from the tracking on the USPS (or other carrier’s) website. 
If it is passed the 24 hours of the package being delivered you will have to submit the claim with the carrier and we will not be able to refund or replace any of the items. We will reship whatever is damaged if there are extra or we will send a refund if it is within 24 hours of it being delivered, but only as long as pictures are given to prove damage and you keep the box, the packaging contents and product so the shipping company is able to process the claim. Without the photos and package we cannot validate damage and cannot get a refund for your items being damaged. In those cases you will need to submit a claim to the shipping company to receive a refund. Email description of the damage, photos, and name or order number to cathiescurations@gmail.com
